Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Chopped peanuts - For garnish
- Maple syrup - For serving
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Peanut butter - 1/4 cup
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 1 1/4 cups
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
- All-purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups

- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, peanut butter, and vegetable oil.
