Peach and Mango Cobbler

- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, cold and cubed
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

- Mangoes - 2 cups, peeled and diced
- Peaches - 4 cups, peeled and sliced

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, diced mangoes, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Mix well to coat the fruit evenly.
