- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh mint leaves - 10 leaves, chopped
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
- Ricotta cheese - 1/2 cup
- Peas - 1 cup, fresh or frozen
- Baguette - 1
