Let's Get Started
- In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, milk, egg yolks, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the crushed cookies, half of the cream, and half of the peanuts.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies, cream, and peanuts.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with some more peanuts.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
