  2. Place the leaves in a jar and pour the vodka over them. Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for about a week.
  3. After a week, strain the vodka and discard the leaves.
  4. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool.
  5. Combine the infused vodka and sugar syrup in a bottle or jar. Shake well to mix.
  6. Your Pavia Peppermint Liquor is ready to serve! It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.
