Pavia Peppermint Liquor

Ingredients - Serves 20
- Water - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Vodka - 750 ml bottle
- Peppermint leaves - 1 cup, fresh
Let's Get Started
- Rinse the peppermint leaves and pat them dry.
- Place the leaves in a jar and pour the vodka over them. Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for about a week.
- After a week, strain the vodka and discard the leaves.
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool.
- Combine the infused vodka and sugar syrup in a bottle or jar. Shake well to mix.
- Your Pavia Peppermint Liquor is ready to serve! It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.
