Let's Get Started

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and green peas to the pan and cook until they are soft.
  4. Add the pav bhaji masala and salt to the pan and mix well.
  5. Add the mashed potatoes to the pan and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until all the ingredients are well combined.
  6. In a separate pan, heat the remaining butter and lightly toast the pav (dinner rolls) on both sides.
  7. Serve the bhaji hot with the toasted pav, a lemon wedge, and garnish with fresh coriander.
