Patriot's Platter
A hearty, all-American meal perfect for celebrating patriotic holidays. This platter includes grilled chicken, corn on the cob, and a fresh fruit salad.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Mixed fruit (strawberries, blueberries, and bananas) - 4 cups
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Corn on the cob - 4 ears
- Bbq sauce - 1 cup
- Chicken breasts - 4
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brush them with BBQ sauce.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
