  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, coffee grounds, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  4. While the potatoes are roasting, prepare the bravas sauce. In a small saucepan, heat the tomato sauce and hot sauce over medium heat until warmed through.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and smoked paprika to make the aioli.
  6. Once the potatoes are done, transfer them to a serving dish. Drizzle the bravas sauce over the potatoes and dollop the aioli on top.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
