- Eggs - 2
- Parsley - A handful, chopped

- Potatoes - 500 grams
- Dried cod - 500 grams
Let's Get Started
- Soak the dried cod in cold water for 24 hours, changing the water several times.
- Boil the cod and potatoes until they are soft.
- Drain the cod and potatoes and let them cool.
- Once cooled, shred the cod and mash the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix the cod, potatoes, onions, garlic, parsley, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Drain the patties on paper towels before serving.
