  2. Boil the cod and potatoes until they are soft.
  3. Drain the cod and potatoes and let them cool.
  4. Once cooled, shred the cod and mash the potatoes.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cod, potatoes, onions, garlic, parsley, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  7. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  8. Fry the patties until they are golden brown on both sides.
  9. Drain the patties on paper towels before serving.
