  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Toss the butternut squash cubes with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread out on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until tender.
  3. While the squash is roasting, cook the pastrami in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the roasted squash, crispy pastrami, heavy cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
  5. Spread the squash and pastrami mixture into a baking dish. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and the breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
