Pasta Primavera is a delightful dish packed with fresh vegetables and tossed in a light garlic and olive oil sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Basil - A handful, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 cup, halved
- Peas - 1/2 cup
- Carrot - 1, thinly sliced
- Zucchini - 1, thinly sliced
- Bell peppers - 2, thinly sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Pasta - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, peas, and cherry tomatoes to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
