Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the pancetta over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the pancetta and toss to combine.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti. Quickly toss to coat the pasta evenly.
  6. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs, creating a creamy sauce. If needed, you can return the skillet to low heat for a minute or two, stirring constantly, to ensure the eggs are fully cooked.
  7. Serve the pasta carbonara hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
