- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes - 4 medium, peeled and cut into cubes
- Turnips - 4 medium, peeled and cut into cubes
