- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Lettuce - 1 cup, shredded
- Tortillas - 8
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Flour - 1/4 cup
- Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Cod fillets - 1 lb
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each fillet in flour, then dip it into the beaten egg, and coat it with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
