- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Gelatin - 2 1/2 teaspoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Instant coffee - 2 tablespoons
- Whole milk - 1 cup
- Heavy cream - 2 cups
