- Garlic - 2 cloves, crushed
- Fresh thyme - 2 sprigs
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Pork chops - 4, bone-in, 1-inch thick
Let's Get Started

- Season both sides of the pork chops with the spice mixture.
