Ingredients - Serves 4
- Truffle oil - 1 tablespoon
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Potatoes - 2 pounds, peeled and cubed
- Green beans - 1 pound, trimmed
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Filet mignon steaks - 4 (6 ounce)

- Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
