  1. Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook until desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and green beans. Cook until the beans are tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
  5. Add the heavy cream and truffle oil to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.
  6. Serve the filet mignon with the garlic green beans and truffle mashed potatoes.
