Pan Roasted Halibut with Clams

  1. Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the halibut and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4 minutes per side. Remove the halibut from the skillet and set aside.

  6. Add the clams, cover the skillet, and cook until the clams open, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Return the halibut to the skillet and cook until the fish is cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the dish with the chopped parsley and lemon juice before serving.
