Palisade Peach Cobbler

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches and half of the sugar. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining sugar.
  4. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the flour mixture. Stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange the peaches on top of the batter.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the peaches.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  8. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
