Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the gram flour, water, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to make a smooth batter.
  2. Add the sliced potato, onion, and chopped spinach to the batter and mix well to ensure all the vegetables are coated with the batter.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the pakoras with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or ketchup.
