  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add the water and milk, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, or until it's smooth and elastic.
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle, and spread the butter over the top two-thirds of it.
  5. Fold the dough into thirds, like a letter, and then roll it out again.
  6. Repeat this process two more times, then wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.
  7. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  8. Roll out the dough one last time, and cut it into 12 rectangles.
  9. Place a piece of chocolate at one end of each rectangle, and roll the dough up around it.
  10. Place the pastries on a baking sheet, and bake them for 15-20 minutes, or until they're golden brown.
  11. Let the pastries cool for a few minutes before serving.
