Paella Mac and Cheese
A fusion of Spanish Paella and classic Mac and Cheese, this dish is a flavorful blend of seafood, saffron, and creamy cheese sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Cheddar cheese - 2 cups, shredded
- Mixed seafood - 1 cup
- Chicken broth - 2 cups
- Saffron threads - A pinch
- Red bell pepper - 1, diced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Macaroni - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook until softened.
