Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken and shrimp to the skillet and cook until they are cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Push the garlic to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  6. Add the cooked rice noodles, bean sprouts, green onions, peanuts, and Pad Thai sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  7. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  8. Divide the Pad Thai mixture evenly among the tortillas. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and squeeze lime juice over the top.
  9. Fold the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  10. Serve the Pad Thai Noodle Wraps with extra lime wedges on the side.
