Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the tofu and shrimp and cook until the shrimp is pink, about 3 minutes.
  4. Push the tofu and shrimp to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs and cook until set.
  5. Add the garlic, noodles, and Pad Thai sauce to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are tender.
  6. Stir in the bean sprouts and green onions.
  7. Serve the Pad Thai garnished with the crushed peanuts and lime wedges.
