Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place the cod fillets on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the fillets.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and cooked through.
  4. While the fish is cooking, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat.
  5. In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in the lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper to make the avocado sauce.
  6. To assemble the tacos, spread a spoonful of avocado sauce on each tortilla. Top with a portion of the cooked fish and some cabbage slaw.
  7. Serve the tacos immediately, garnished with extra cilantro if desired.
