Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour in the oyster sauce mixture. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the oyster sauce stir-fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.
