Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. Add the soy sauce and mirin to the broth and stir well.
  3. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
  4. While the noodles are cooking, shuck the oysters and set them aside.
  5. Once the noodles are cooked, divide them into two bowls.
  6. Place the oysters in the hot broth for about 1 minute, just until they are heated through.
  7. Using a slotted spoon, remove the oysters from the broth and place them on top of the noodles in the bowls.
  8. Pour the hot broth over the noodles and oysters.
  9. Top with sliced green onions, shredded seaweed, soft-boiled eggs, sesame oil, and chili oil.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
