  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the orange blossom water and orange zest.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. While the cake is baking, prepare the orange glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar and fresh orange juice until smooth.
  9. Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and drizzle the orange glaze over the top.
  11. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
