Orange and Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients - Serves 12
- Dried cranberries - 1 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Fresh orange juice - 1/2 cup
- Orange zest - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1
- Granulated sugar - 3/4 cup
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, melted
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the egg, orange zest, orange juice, and milk to the butter mixture and mix well.
