This delicious orange beef is a flavorful and tangy dish made with tender beef strips and a zesty orange sauce.

- Orange slices - For garnish
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Orange juice - 1/2 cup
- Orange zest - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Beef sirloin - 1 pound, thinly sliced
