Orange and Lemon Cheesecake
This refreshing citrus cheesecake is made with a combination of orange and lemon flavors.

- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
- Orange juice - 1/4 cup
- Lemon zest - 1 tablespoon

- Sugar - 1 cup
- Cream cheese - 16 oz
- Butter - 1/3 cup, melted
- Graham cracker crumbs - 1 1/2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the orange zest, lemon zest, orange juice, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the cheesecake to set.
- Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and garnished with orange and lemon slices.
