Onion and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and cook until the onions are soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the vegetables are coated in the sauce and heated through.
  6. Serve the stir fry hot, over rice if desired.
