Onion and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Broccoli - 1 cup, chopped
- Carrots - 2, thinly sliced
- Bell peppers - 2, thinly sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic and cook until the onions are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, until the vegetables are coated in the sauce and heated through.
- Serve the stir fry hot, over rice if desired.
