Onion and Spinach Stuffed Chicken
This delicious stuffed chicken recipe features a flavorful filling of onions and spinach, wrapped in tender chicken breast.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Spinach - 2 cups, chopped
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Chicken breasts - 4 boneless, skinless
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
