Onion and Chicken Stir Fry

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onions and garlic and stir fry until the onions are soft and golden, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and stir fry until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
