Onion and Cheese Soufflé

- Eggs - 4, separated
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, grated
- Milk - 1 cup
- Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Onions - 2 medium, finely chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons

- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until soft and translucent.
