Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Grill the nopales until they are tender and have grill marks, about 5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the nopales from the grill and let them cool. Once cool, dice them into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the diced nopales, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  7. Serve the salad chilled or at room temperature.
