Nectarine and Apricot Cobbler

Ingredients - Serves 6
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, cold and cubed
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Apricots - 2 cups, sliced
- Nectarines - 4 cups, sliced
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced nectarines, sliced apricots, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Toss until the fruits are well coated.
- Transfer the fruit mixture to a 9x9-inch baking dish.
