Navajas

- Lemon wedges - For serving
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Razor clams - 1 kg
Let's Get Started
- Clean the razor clams thoroughly under cold running water.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the razor clams to the pan and increase the heat to high.
