Ingredients - Serves 4
- Powdered sugar - For dusting
- Filling of your choice - As desired
- Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Eggs - 2
- Milk - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush with melted butter.
- Pour a small ladleful of batter into the skillet and swirl it around to evenly coat the bottom.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the nalesniki and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
- Transfer the cooked nalesniki to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Fill each nalesniki with your desired filling, such as sweetened cottage cheese, fruit preserves, or sautéed mushrooms.
- Roll up the nalesniki and place them on a serving platter.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
