Ingredients - Serves 2
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Boiled egg - 2, halved
- Bean sprouts - 1 cup
- Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Peanut butter - 2 tablespoons
- Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken broth - 2 cups
- Sake - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ground pork - 200g
- Udon noodles - 200g
Let's Get Started
- Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and cook for another minute.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and sake. Pour the mixture into the pan with the pork and stir well.
- Add the chicken broth, chili oil, and peanut butter to the pan. Stir until the peanut butter is fully dissolved and the broth is well combined.
- Simmer the broth for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

- Top each bowl with sliced green onions, bean sprouts, boiled egg halves, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
