Mussels
This delicious steamed mussels recipe features fresh mussels cooked in a flavorful white wine sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Lemon - 1, sliced
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Shallots - 2, finely chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- White wine - 1 cup
- Mussels - 2 pounds, cleaned and debearded
Let's Get Started
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
