Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until no longer pink. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  2. In the same wok, add the beaten eggs and scramble until just set. Remove from the wok and set aside with the pork.
  3. Add the cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, green onions, and garlic to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Return the pork and eggs to the wok. Add the soy sauce and hoisin sauce and stir well to combine.
  5. Warm the Chinese pancakes in a steamer or in the microwave.
  6. To serve, spread a small amount of hoisin sauce on each pancake, top with the pork and vegetable mixture, and roll up like a burrito.
