Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of sesame oil. Add the pork and cook until no longer pink. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add the cabbage, mushrooms, green onions, and garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Return the pork and eggs to the skillet. Stir in the hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is well combined and heated through.
  5. Serve the moo shu pork with the Chinese pancakes. Each person can spoon some of the pork mixture onto a pancake, roll it up, and enjoy.
