Montaditos

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes, or until the bread is toasted.
  4. Rub the toasted bread with the cut side of the garlic and then the cut side of the tomato.
  5. Top each slice of bread with a slice of Serrano ham and a slice of Manchego cheese.
  6. Return the montaditos to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Top each montadito with a few slices of green olive before serving.
