- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Capers - 2 tablespoons
- Green olives - 1/2 cup, pitted
- Tomatoes - 4 large, chopped
- Red bell peppers - 2, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 large, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salted cod - 500 grams, soaked overnight and drained

- Add the tomatoes, olives, and capers and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the soaked cod to the pan and break it up with a spoon.
