Let's Get Started

  1. In a pot, bring the dashi stock to a simmer.
  2. In a small bowl, dissolve the miso paste in a ladleful of the hot dashi stock.
  3. Add the dissolved miso paste, tofu, and seaweed to the pot.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the tofu is heated through.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
