Miso Soup
A traditional Japanese soup made with miso paste, tofu, seaweed, and green onions.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Seaweed - 2 sheets, cut into small pieces
- Tofu - 1/2 cup, diced
- Miso paste - 3 tablespoons
- Dashi stock - 4 cups
Let's Get Started
- In a pot, bring the dashi stock to a simmer.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the miso paste in a ladleful of the hot dashi stock.
- Add the dissolved miso paste, tofu, and seaweed to the pot.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the tofu is heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
