Let's Get Started

  1. In a medium pot, bring the dashi to a boil.
  2. Lower the heat to maintain a simmer and dissolve the miso paste in the dashi, stirring well.
  3. Add the tofu and dried wakame to the pot and simmer for a few minutes until the wakame is fully rehydrated and the tofu is heated through.
  4. Serve the soup in bowls, garnished with the sliced green onions.
