  2. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until it is cooked through and charred in spots on all sides, about 8 minutes.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise, cheese, chili powder, garlic, and cilantro in a bowl.
  4. When the corn is done, spread the cheese mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
  5. Serve corn with lime wedges and salt to taste.
