Corn on the Cob with Chili Butter
Sweet corn on the cob is grilled to perfection and slathered in a spicy chili butter. This is the perfect side dish for a summer barbecue.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 1/2 cup, softened
- Corn on the cob - 4 ears
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, chili powder, and salt.
- Peel back the corn husks, but do not remove them. Remove the silk and spread the chili butter all over the corn. Pull the husks back up to cover the corn.
