Let's Get Started

  1. Boil the yellow noodles until they are soft, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, add the prawns, boiled eggs, bean sprouts, mashed potatoes, tamarind juice, chili paste, shrimp paste, salt, and sugar.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  4. Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  5. To serve, place some noodles in a bowl, ladle the soup over the noodles, and top with a boiled egg.
